Master Services Agreement
Many of our customers have found an advantage to utilizing all of Sterling’s Engineering Service offerings. By signing a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Sterling, customers are offered Service Incentives. These Service Incentives have saved our Premier Customers with an (MSA) in place up to tens of thousands of dollars.

Sterling is committed to ensuring a safe workplace for its employees through the following safety initiatives:
- Entering into a Client Safety Partnership Agreement with customers so that all parties have a mutual understanding of safety and on-the-job injury procedures, practices and philosophies
- Conducting safety evaluations of customer worksites
- Requiring all employees to sign an Acknowledgement of Workplace Safety Rules, review & sign a Workplace Policies and Procedures Checklist, and complete a Workplace Safety Practices test
