Contract-to-Hire opportunities allow individuals to work at a company on a temporary assignment prior to becoming a full-time, Direct Hire employee. This allows both the employee and company to assess their compatibility before making a long-term commitment. During the contract portion of the assignment, which usually lasts three to six months, the individual is an employee of Sterling, has access to Sterling Comprehensive Benefit Plan and Sterling representatives will keep in close contact to ensure the assignment is a good fit. Upon conversion to a Direct Hire position, Sterling will help the individual through the transition of becoming a full-time employee of the company where they are placed.
