Sterling offers a Contract-to-Hire staffing program that benefits both the employer and the candidate. Prior to making a long-term commitment to a candidate, a customer can hire Sterling employees on a temporary basis to ensure both a technical and general fit for the position. Once this has been established, customers can convert the Sterling employee to their direct staff.
Master Services Agreement
Many of our customers have found an advantage to utilizing all of Sterling’s Engineering Service offerings. By signing a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Sterling, customers are offered Service Incentives. These Service Incentives have saved our Premier Customers with an (MSA) in place up to tens of thousands of dollars.
