Custom Recruitment Methodology
Sterling’s in-depth recruitment methodology allows us to engage the most talented employees in the marketplace. Prior to being considered for employment, all candidates must complete Sterling’s rigorous qualification process which includes:

  • Phone interview
  • Personal interview
  • Skills testing
  • Reference checking
  • Education verification

Our detailed knowledge of each client’s requirements and environment, coupled with an intimate understanding of our employees’ skills, personalities and strengths, enables Sterling to quickly identify and deliver the top 3-5 candidates for each position. Our average submittal time for contract openings is 24 hours; for direct openings it is approximately 2–3 days.

All candidates are submitted with a detailed Candidate Profile that provides a summary of their qualifications, our interviews with them and why they match the requirements of the job. Once engaged, we remain in contact with both the client and employee to ensure their expectations are being met.
