SENIOR MECHANICAL/MACHINE DRAFTERS
Multiple SENIOR MECHANICAL/MACHINE DRAFTERS needed for a company that is based in suburb of Chicago, IL. These are Direct Hire positions.
Responsibilities:
- Suburban company requires the addition of six new Senior Drafters to meet the demands of record-setting company growth. The company designs & manufactures "special equipment" to fabricate Large Structural beams. Typical equipment: Automated Drilling Systems, large automated Band Saws, Drill, Punch, Plasma, Oxy Steel Plating cutting equipment, Structural Burning equipment, Material Handling equipment, etc.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree plus three years experience in 3D design, modeling, detailing required.
- Solidworks experience is highly preferred.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
MECHANICAL ENGINEER needed for a company in a northern suburb of Chicago.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will work closely on cross-functional teams with primary internal customers focused in new product development and marketing.
- The position will be responsible for managing small-scale new product development projects and modifications to existing projects across numerous product lines.
- Responsibilities will include modifying existing drawings, creating new drawings, modifying specifications, tracking & driving CWR completion, providing technical support to marketing team.
Requirements:
- BSME or BSEE.
- 2+ years experience in product development role.
- Proficient with AutoCAD 3D.
- Support PCB layouts.
- Understand electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of design control processes, FDA Guidelines, cGMP compliancy.
- Experience with medical device product a plus.
