Paul Russo
Division Recruiting Manager – Automation
A seasoned industry professional with more than 20 years experience, Paul Russo serves as Director of Recruiting Manager – Automation. Joining Sterling as a Technical Recruiter in 1993, he quickly moved through the ranks performing roles in Recruiting, Sales, as a manager, and into his current role.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and is an active member of their Alumni Association.
