Sterling provides company co-paid major medical, prescription, dental, short term disability, and life insurance. Our plan is with an established and broad network of doctors and health care facilities. Employees also have the option of a pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) to save and pay for medical expenses.
Sterling recognizes the importance of having a benefit to rely on when a customer office or facility is closed due to a Holiday. Our employees receive paid time off for major holidays each year.
Paid Vacation/Personal Time
Throughout the course of their employment, employees accrue additional paid time off for vacation/personal time purposes.
401k Savings Plan
Our 401k plan is an exceptional benefit that provides tax deferred, long-term savings for employees. Employees also become eligible for company matching contributions.
Electronic Time Tickets
Employee hours worked are recorded and approved electronically. This system allows employees to view current and past time reports, check the status of vacation accruals, expense reimbursements and other payroll related information.
