Kevin Bass
Director of Operations
Kevin Bass is the Director of Operations at Sterling Engineering, where he has worked since 2007.
Kevin has held progressive responsibilities including business development, organizational development, and recruiting process improvement. He’s focused on the design and implementation of strategic organizational development initiatives with a “people, process and systems” focus. Kevin is a long-term member of the Valley Industrial Association and has served as President of the Valley Human Resources Association. He also serves on the DuPage Workforce Innovation Board.
Kevin earned his Bachelors in Business Analytics from Benedictine University
