Tim Silkaitis
Vice President of Finance, MBA
Tim Silkaitis joined Sterling Engineering in 1992 as an Accounting Clerk. In 1997, he was promoted to an Accounting Manager and then in 2006 to Controller. As VP of Finance, he oversees all financial matters — including P & L, 401(k), payroll services, and health insurance.
Tim is responsible for legal and contract administration and has IT department oversight. Tim received a Bachelors of Science degree from Elmhurst College and an MBA from DePaul University.
