10-Year Diamond Award
Winners who earned the 10-year Diamond Client Award distinction have won the Best of Staffing Award for at least ten years in a row, consistently attaining industry-leading satisfaction scores from their clients. Of those firms that have participated in the 2023 Best of Staffing program, only 18% have earned the 10-Year Diamond Award. On average, winning agency clients are greater than 70% more likely to be completely satisfied.
- Sterling received a Net Promoter® Score of 74.7% from their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 31%.

Winners who earned the Diamond Talent Award distinction have won the Best of Staffing Award for at least five years in a row, consistently achieving industry-leading satisfaction scores from their candidates. Sterling has earned the award for nine consecutive years. Candidates placed by winning agencies are 80% more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided than those working with non-winning agencies.
- Sterling received a Net Promoter® Score of 73.8% from their candidates, more than three times the industry’s average of 19%.

Best of Staffing Employee Award
To participate in the Best of Staffing award program for employee satisfaction, a firm must invite feedback from 100% of their internal staff on the overall experience of working at the firm, as well as the firm’s performance related to issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). On average, winning agency employees are more than two times less likely to be dissatisfied with their staffing firm than those working with non-winning agencies.
