Winners who earned the 10-Year Diamond Client Award distinction have won the Best of Staffing Award for at least ten years in a row, consistently attaining industry-leading satisfaction scores from their clients. Of those firms that have participated in the 2024 Best of Staffing program, only 16% have earned the 10-Year Diamond Award.
- Sterling received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 71.7% of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 52%.
10-Year Diamond Talent Award
Winners who earned the 10-Year Diamond Talent Award distinction have won the Best of Staffing Award for at least 10 years in a row, consistently achieving industry-leading satisfaction scores from their candidates. Of those firms that have participated in the 2024 Best of Staffing program, only 20% have earned the 10-Year Diamond award.
- Sterling received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 80.5% of their placed job candidates, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 50%.
Best of Staffing Employee Award
To participate in the Best of Staffing award program for employee satisfaction, a firm must invite feedback from 100% of their internal staff on the overall experience of working at the firm, as well as the firm’s performance related to issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
