RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor daily operations as assigned to ensure compliance to established procedures, customer specifications and/or Shop Order instructions.
• Identify and report unusual quality conditions to Quality Department management employees for correction.
• Initiate Incident Reports for non-conforming goods, out-of-specification processes, in process failures, etc.
• Assist Operations Group Leaders and Machine Operators as necessary to perform in-process checks, comply with Shop Order instructions and implement corrective actions for process trends and/or non-compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company employee safety, food safety and GMP policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:   

• High school diploma or GED
• No previous experience in quality is required but is a plus
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to perform simple math such as addition, subtraction and multiplication

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Our Client is an Architecture Firm that has a contract with a National fast food restaurant for their upcoming tenant improvement / remodel project of 3000 locations. They are looking for experienced architectural (building) Drafters / Surveyors to conduct field site surveys, measurements and collect data to create the as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
This is a fun and challenging contract role and requires working every other week in the field in most cases, however there are time when you may travel back to back weeks. When traveling doing Field Surveys; you will be working long hours, most likely 12 hours days, doing as-built drawings while working around the restaurant customers. When not traveling, you will be working out of your home completing as-built packages to send back to the corporate. 
 
The goal is to complete 5 site surveys a week that is one site a day (this would be for high density locations like New York, Chicago, LA, etc). Some weeks it may be less depending on the town you are working in.  While on site you will want to put as much of the info in AutoCAD while the info is fresh. 
 
Position will require using laser measuring device and tape measures and other technologies to gather dimensions of existing buildings and create as-built drawings on site. Will be gathering data on building equipment using mobile apps and taking spherical photographs of the existing building and other site-related conditions.  Well be responsible for creating as-built drawings including building, elevations, RCP, roof plan, site plan and creating construction plans utilizing survey data.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:     

• Laptop that can support a full license of AutoCAD
• AutoCAD 2013 or greater
• 3-5 years of architectural retail, restaurant or commercial drafting experience  
• Strong AutoCAD experience
• Open to a contract role
• Able to travel
• Able to handle heavy volume of work in a fast pace environment

• Works with Quality Engineering Department in maintaining process capabilities, addressing customer complaints and analyzing data to create robust tooling systems
• Ensure Contractors adhere to our safety regulations and guidelines

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  
  
• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Familiarity with various machining operations such as turning, milling, hole making, spline forming, induction hardening, grinding, etc., both from a workholding and a tooling/processing standpoint
• Familiarity with CNC G-Code programming, both manually and with CAM software
• Knowledge of the medical instrumentation is a plus
• Advanced mathematical and statistical concepts or procedures such as trigonometry and statistical process control
• Must demonstrate proficiency in analytical reasoning to effectively and systematically troubleshoot process issues
• Must know basic quality inspection and testing concepts
• Must know how to read and interpret blueprints and GD & T information
• Familiarity with the Advanced Product Quality Process and TS16949 quality requirements and documentation
• Must be willing to travel
• Must be proficient in such computer skills as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, etc.), AutoCAD, Master CAM software

QUALIFICATIONS:     

 

• A 4-year degree in engineering from an accredited institution preferred, 2-year degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of electrical controls field service and installation; or electrically and electronically oriented product troubleshooting
• A strong knowledge of utility-level electrical distribution systems and their associated automation systems, and other smart grid solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with various stakeholders and cross functional project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:     

• BS or BA in Science, Business or a related field, with between 5-10 years of applicable experience. 
• The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is desirable.
• The Sanitation Supervisor needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have some experience and/or the ability to learn associated corporate enterprise software systems to analyze and track data as well as ensuring the sanitation organization understands key operational information
• The Sanitation Supervisor should possess leadership skills as well as an appropriate amount of technical skills in a large scale manufacturing environment.  A strong working knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing techniques and related CI tools are required:  Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen Blitz, Value Stream Mapping, OEE, First Hour Full Power, Labor Analysis, 5S, 7 Forms of Waste, Pit Stop Changeovers, etc

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - The Label Technician ensures that our product labeling accurately reflects each product's ingredients, including known allergens, and nutritional information.
    - Maintain updated spreadsheets of packaging artwork files, finished product list, raw materials and suppliers.
    - Respond to site, commercial and customer inquiries, complete customer documents/forms, and upload information to customer-owned databases.
    - Provide assistance to technical teams and manufacturing sites across the US division to ensure requirements for 3rd party and/or customer audits are met.

    - Manages UPC creation with IT, Sales & Marketing inputs. 
    - Creates all LVF forms. 
    - Sends LVF forms to the label companies for respective sites. 
    - Receives proofs, coordinates sign off with QC, Marketing, customers. 
    - Manages this portion of the stage gate in Stage 3. 
    - Coordinates label set up with sites when printing. 
    - Manages the US labeling.

    - Update and maintain technical documentation and information on the Technical Services Sharepoint page, Maintenance library and machine control panels. Facitily drawings, electrical schematics, process and instrumentation diagrams, specifications, bid packages, etc.
    - Facilitate effective relationships with both internal and external customers (suppliers, vendors and contractors) in support of project implementation and the technical services function in general.
    - Support the team technicians in the areas of problem-solving and troubleshooting. Provide training and corrective instructions to insure quality performance under their technical direction.
    - Support current technology through the development of Operational user documents and/or technical manuals. SOP's, OPL's, JSA's, Job Plans, etc.
    - Perform miscellaneous tasks to include reconciliation of SAP with excel tracking sheet, scanning PO's and invoices, shutdown planning activities, presentation development, etc.  Perform other duties directed by manager.
    - Must be proficient in the utilization of all business tools. RTP, Maximo, Sharepoint, MS Office, IFIX, Allen-Bradley, Softshop 505, etc.
    - Will be issued a company cell phone and required to take calls.


QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Associate's degree in appropriate field required, Bachelor's preferred.
    - A minimum of 3-5 years experience in an advanced administrative role.
    - Must be proficient working with all aspects of appropriate functional systems.
    - Experience with various machine hardware and support software. GE, Seimens and Allen-Bradley
    - PLC's.  Proficy, Intellusion, IFIX SCADA systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
    - Two (2) or more years in a manufacturing environment.

• Food manufacturing experience highly preferred. The candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, able to follow directions, able to work under minimal supervision, and record data neatly and accurately. The candidate must be willing to work weekends and overtime hours.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software, Outlook and Internet software.

• Writing purchase orders stating mold building specifications.
• Writing request for quotations for vendors.
• Keep library of tool drawings.
• Travel to vendors to evaluate progress in injection molding tool construction.
• Travel to vendors to evaluate completed injection molding tool performance and product conformity.
• Evaluate product design as to moldability and simplification for moldability.
• Assist in trouble shooting injection molding problems.
• Work with injection molding tool designers to assure the highest quality molding tools possible.
• Work with toolmakers to assure the highest quality injection molding tools possible.


QUALIFICATIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Makes all necessary inventory adjustments within their shift
    - Evaluates all shift inventory adjustments for high variances
    - Manages the cycle count program and prioritizes what is counted
    - Works closely with each SCS on "close outs", reports counts, scrap rates, and accuracy of PICK versus the physical count
    - Cleans up bulk and finished good tags in the system that are not physically found.
    - Analyzes scrap and adjustment data for incoming count verification and reports to SCS buyer
    - Analyzes inventory levels, scrap rates, and high discrepancies after physical counts and distinguishes the different types of adjustments in the system: receipts, production used, scrap, disposal, shipments out, and variances.
    - Executes data count logs for incoming shortage checks
    - Understands the acceptable scrap rates for each customer's inventory and works with the production department to bring to identify anything in excess
    - Initiates production supply physicals (shrinkfilm, stretchwrap, & glue) and adjusts system accordingly
    - Participates in inventory meeting to review inventory issues, accuracy, and material flow through the system and initiates corrective action measures with all departments involved;   monitors/measures improvement from week to week
    - Does investigative work on unusually large quantity inventory adjustment for root cause analysis and reports the findings to the department supervisor
    - Manages the 13 week Geographical Method Cycle Count Program as well as the high traffic "black hole" location audits as defined for the location
- Strives for 98.5% inventory accuracy and works with the location for improvement when necessary
- Reports the cycle count results to management and supply chain


QUALIFICATIONS:

    - High school diploma or GED plus several years of progressive development in a production environment.
    - Production areas may be expansive, noisy and vary in temperature from very cold (USDA) to ambient or warm in summer months.  In addition, some facilities are multi-level and may require ascending or descending stairs.

    - Responsible for data maintenance, updating of system records and reports for Supply Chain and Production.
    - Executes invoicing for items produced/shipped and extra services performed.
    - Reports all materials activity to customer as required.
    - Communicates with customer contacts via telephone, fax, e-mail and in person as required.
    - Language Skills- requires ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and e-mails as well as the ability to effectively interface with co-workers, suppliers, customers, and other employees in English.
    - Reasoning Ability- must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout detailed written and/or oral instructions. 


QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Associates or undergraduate degree preferred. 
    - 5 + years in Planning and Materials Management generalist functions.
    - Previous customer service experience preferred.    
    - Progressive experience in food and/or packaging industry required.

    - Builds a cross-functional and collaborative working environment between the Quality organization and all Focal Point departments

QUALIFICATIONS:

    - High school diploma or GED and vocational training/certificate in electrical and mechanical production systems, including PLC's required.
    - A minimum of 6 years' experience supervising and training mechanics in a production operation, food manufacturing and/or high-speed packaging environment preferred.
    - Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written in English. Bi-lingual a plus.

    - Being responsible for managing BRC/SQF/USDA and all quality assurance and food safety audits. (Records of all reviews and reasons for amending documents, validations and changes to the BRC/SQF/USDA System shall be maintained)
    - Ensuring the development, compliance, and certification of HACCP and other food safety programs and adherence to required food safety laws, regulations, corporate policies and practices
    - Managing facility inspections, traceability, testing, vendor auditing, allergen and microbial program compliance
    - Deliver continuous quality improvement in plant through use of systematic tools and processes
    - Work with Corporate Quality in the execution of company programs and processes
    - Ensuring key traceability, inspection program management, vendor management, and microbial program metrics are established, and the delivery of the established metrics and Key Performance Indices
    - Lead factory as the subject matter expert on decisions related to plant quality programs and processes


QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Undergraduate degree (Bachelor's degree B. A.) from four-year college or university
    - Five to seven years Quality Assurance management experience within the food manufacturing or food packaging industries.
    - Physical working area is multi-shift, high speed packaging operations which may be noisy and very warm (or very cold).
