WESTCHESTER, IL (July 20, 2021) — Sterling Engineering, an engineering/technical talent and design/project management solutions company, announced today the promotion of Joe Guzzardo to Utilities Division Manager.
Joe joined Sterling in 2013 as an Account Manager following six years of recruiting experience with other organizations. At Sterling he has managed several of the organization’s largest customers, having earned recognition as a record-setting salesperson for the past two years. During his tenure at Sterling, Joe has successfully led recruitment and sales teams and developed innovative solutions that have delivered strategic results for our clients
In his new role as Utilities Division Manager, Joe will focus exclusively on further development of relationships with customers in the utilities industry. He will lead our recruiting and sales teams while focusing exclusively on this market, allowing Sterling to continue its rapid growth as a recognized leader of talent and engineering solutions for utilities-related organizations.
