Joshua Bocek brings 18 years of recruiting experience to Sterling, including 11 years of recruiting and leadership with CRS Group. Joshua has expertise in recruiting strategy, building teams, and mentoring recruiters to exceptional performance. As Sterling’s Director of Recruiting, Josh will improve recruiting processes, champion proactive recruiting strategies, identify new technologies and resources to source and attract the best talent, and manage Sterling’s recruiting team to create industry leading results for clients.
