Sterling is proud to announce that we have once again earned ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Diamond Award for Client and Talent, plus the Best of Staffing Employee award for internal employee satisfaction.

ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award is the only award in the U.S. and Canada that recognizes staffing agencies for service excellence based on Net Promoter Score (NPS) ratings from clients, placed talent, and internal employees. Winners who earn the Diamond Award distinction have won Best of Staffing for at least 5 years in a row, consistently earning industry-leading satisfaction scores. 2022 marks the ninth year that Sterling has received the Best of Staffing awards for client and talent and the second year in which we have earned the Best of Staffing Employee award (this award was introduced in 2020).

Fewer than two percent of all staffing agencies (U.S. and Canada) earn the Best of Staffing designation. On average, clients and candidate of winning firms are twice as likely to be completely satisfied compared to those working with non-winning firms.
