Update: Best of Staffing 2017

Westchester, IL – February 25, 2015 – Sterling Staffing, a premier provider of technical recruitment for Engineering, Information Technology, Transportation, Clinical/Scientific, and Manufacturing companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to innovative start-up organizations, announced today they have been awarded Inavero’s 2015 Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards for providing superior service to their clients and employees.

Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, Inavero’s Best of Staffing winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients and the permanent and temporary employees they’ve helped find jobs. With client and talent satisfaction scores more than three times higher than the industry average, award winners are ranked in the top two percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada.

Sterling Staffing places an estimated 1000+ employees on contract or direct hire assignments annually, many of whom have built long term careers ranging in tenure from 3 – 43 years working with the company. Sterling received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 92 percent of their clients and 63 percent of their talent, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 34 percent for clients and 43 percent for talent.

“I am very proud of our entire organization for their commitment to quality and the overall satisfaction of our service offerings. Winning both of these awards is a testament to the positive experience our clients have working with Sterling and the level of service our employees are able to impart to our clients . We believe our core values of respect and commitment to quality differentiate us from a typical staffing company and are the primary factors that have driven our success over the past 45 years.” Said Rama Kavaliauskas, President, Sterling Staffing, Inc., “This is our first year of participation in the Talent portion of the awards and it coincides with a major organizational change that we recently announced. We have begun a transition into becoming 100% employee owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as an additional way to attract and retain top talent to support our clients. We appreciate our clients and our employees for their positive endorsement”.

“With a tightening labor market and a need for growing companies to stay flexible, staffing agencies are placing more people into employment opportunities than at any other point in U.S. history,” said Inavero’s CEO, Eric Gregg. This award defines the staffing industry’s elite leaders in service and quality and their commitment to client satisfaction is based on a rigorous survey process with Inavero, the world’s leading independent provider for the staffing industry.
