Technical Researcher

The Technical Researcher will be responsible for sourcing and building a strong pipeline of candidates using various search tools including job boards and LinkedIn.  This person will be required to have strong organizational and communication skills as well as the knowledge of appropriate business and technology acumen.



  • Review assigned orders to ensure a complete understanding of targeted skills and experience
  • Develop search strategies that will facilitate timely and comprehensive searches for qualified candidates
  • Effectively utilize established recruiting resources(database, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • As necessary, expand search efforts to include alternate resources(unemployment, outplacement companies, user groups, associations, trade schools and colleges/universities, etc.)
  • Organize email “blasts” and assist in the development of job postings
  • Pre-screening candidates to verify availability and interest in speaking further with a Recruiter
  • Secure updated, electronic resume
  • Fully document all phone and e-mail contacts
  • Update and generate Team Order Reports
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of “out of office” networking activities for the Team
  • Consistently achieve designated weekly and monthly performance metrics



  • College degree preferred
